What is an Elixir?
Sanctuary Elixirs are small-batch herbal tinctures crafted to support your inner landscape — your nervous system, your emotional body, and your return to center.
Each blend is created as both remedy and ritual: gentle enough for daily use, potent enough to be felt.
They are not meant to override your body, but to listen to it — offering steady support as your system finds its own rhythm again.
At Sanctuary, “home” doesn’t mean perfection or fixing - it means inhabiting your body with a little more ease, presence, and trust. These elixirs are designed to support that return, one drop at a time.

How Sanctuary Elixirs Came to Life
These elixirs were not born from a business plan. They emerged slowly - through years of listening.
Through hands-on-work with bodies holding stress, grief, trauma, and long-held patterns. Through moments at the massage table when it became clear that touch alone wasn’t always enough - that the nervous system needed support beyond the session room.
Plants began entering my life not as trends, but as companions. As allies in regulation, emotional processing, and remembering safety.
What started as a personal ritual - blending herbs to support my own system through seasons of intensity, healing, and transition - gradually became something others asked for. A drop here. A bottle shared. A quiet “this helped.”
Sanctuary Elixirs are an extension of the same philosophy that guides my bodywork and teaching: that healing happens in relationship, that subtle support is often the most sustainable, and that small, consistent practice can create real change over time.
Each blend is crafted with care, intention, and respect for the intelligence of both the plants and the body receiving them.
Ingredients & Use
Each elixir is made using whole high quality herbs infused in alcohol to extract and preserve their beneficial constituients. Some blends are tinctured in vodka, others in brandy, depending on the plant and formulation.
Ingredients and alcohol base are always listed clearly on each label.
